Welcome to the Wren Club, a unique Club dedicated to offering a friendly and personal level of service in the surroundings of great refinement and tranquillity beside the River Thames at Windsor.

Whether you want to lose weight, build up your strength and fitness, pamper yourself or simply maintain a healthy lifestyle, the Wrens Club fulfils all of your needs.

The Wren Gym

The Club has three floors dedicated to health and fitness. The first two floors are fitted with modern Precor cardiovascular and weights equipment.

The Club uses a computerised fitness-monitoring programme to ensure that you always get the most out of your workouts. The third floor has been designed as a stretch and relaxation area where Pilates and Yoga classes are held.

The Club’s highly qualified exercise trainers are available to advise and motivate you at all times. The team has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of health and fitness and are available to manage and design fitness programmes, advise on nutrition, help with rehabilitation and offer extra support and encouragement as required.

The Wren Spa

Sharing the elegant premises of The Wren Club, our spa facilities are a joy to discover. With a dry Sauna and Relaxation area this is an oasis of peace that offers an instant escape from the stresses of daily life – once experienced, to be often repeated.

To complement its spa facilities the Club offers a wide range of treatment packages as well as half day and full day pampering experiences. These superb packages include Decleor Facials, Massage, Manicures, Pedicures and many other treatments of the highest quality.

Designed to work with one another and provide the best possible results, our Spa Packages of complementary treatments are a great success; treat your self, share the experience with a group of friends, or offer one as a gift certificate.

Gift ideas – a Wren Spa Package makes a perfect gift. Choose a particular treatment, or give someone an amount to spend on the treatment of his or her choice. Gift certificates are valid for six months, so the recipient can be pampered at their own leisure.
