Aquilla Health and Fitness is located adjacent to the hotel and can be accessed from reception.  It is a private health club, but guests of the hotel can purchase day passes at a reduced rate of £7.50 per person.  An extensive range of facilities are available including the following:

• Gym - with cardio-vascular and resistance equipment
• Swimming pool - primarily a leisure pool at 15 metres long and 1.5 metres deep
• Sauna and Steam - these are single sex and located in the changing rooms
• The Studio - a range of classes are available

Please note children's swimming times are 9.00am - 6.00pm weekdays and 8.00am - 8.00pm on weekends.
