Trafalgar Square Stunts

Posted by web_administrator | Category : General

Recently Trafalgar Square, London, has played host to several bizarre stunts.

Back on St George’s Day Spamalot gathered 5,567 people (our Group Revenue Manager amongst them – the tall guy in the middle) to beat the record for the world’s largest coconut orchestra.

A couple of days later Channel Four’s, Human Footprint programme laid out 74,802 mugs and filled them with tea to represent how many cuppas a typical person will get through in their lifetime.

Then, last week Visit London covered all the paved areas with 2,000 square metres of turf to raise awareness of the all green areas in London.

When you’re visiting London keep your eyes open, who knows what they’re planning next!
