Christmas Fun

Posted by web_administrator | Category : General

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas – and so it should, since we’re only two weeks from the Big Event! You have seen the big lights and the tinsel all over town, and now Christmas has arrived at The Rembrandt too, filling us all with festive spirit. We’ve decked the halls with boughs of holly and even in the offices Santa’s little helpers have left us Christmas trees and candy sticks.

Like every year, London is looking truly the spirit of Christmas. Oxford, Carnaby and Regent Streets are displaying their renowned street lights, and the windows at Harrods, Fortnum & Mason, Selfridges and Liberty’s are a delight to look at.

But if there is someone for whom Christmas was made, it is for the children. Even before Santa visits us with a sleigh full of presents, London offers a wide range of activities for the young ones. Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park which features the London’s largest open-air ice rink, more ice-skating can be experienced on the gardens of the Natural History Museum, and at Somerset House and Hampstead Heath, just to mention a few. A visit to Hamleys in Regent Street is a must (both for kids and adults) for Santa-hints, and most of London’s museums are offering activities specifically designed for the entertainment of the little (and not so little) ones.

All of us at The Rembrandt would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and to invite you to join us in our festive celebrations. We are still taking bookings for our Christmas Day Lunch and Dinner and for our New Year Gala Dinner. If you would like to enquire about availability, do not hesitate to contact us.
