Royal Wedding Cocktails
Why not join us in 1606 Lounge Bar @ The Rembrandt Hotel for coverage of the Royal Wedding of Prince William & Catherine Middleton. We have a large selection of cocktails to suite all tastes, both with and without alcohol. So why not come along and be shaken and stirred and watch the big event on our wide screen Plasma TV’s. For those wishing to make their own Royal cocktail we suggest a ‘Kir Royal’ which is simple and clean to make.
Ingredients for 1 Kir Royal:
- Cassis (1-2 tablespoons or 15-30 ml)
- Champagne (about 6 ounces or 150 ml)
- Flute or Champagne Glass
- Decorate with fresh Red Currant
Our usual 1606 service is available during the day and we will be offering a sumptuous Royal Wedding Afternoon Tea fit for a King or Queen which include’s our own version of the Kir Royal Cocktail.
