One sunny Sunday afternoon, Miss Smith and her fiancé came to the Bull Hotel to enquire about holding their wedding there. As they entered the reception lobby, Miss Smith noticed the hotel had a striking wedding display which caught her eye. The wedding display was the perfect idea for her wedding as it contained all the information she needed. From the hotels wedding brochure, recommended Cake Company, florists details (along with a small offering of photographs), a photographer’s album with pictures of past weddings at their venue to a testimonial book with thanks you’s to all of the team for their hard work.
Miss Smith was impressed with their display and decided she wanted more information, so she approached the friendly reception desk who were only more than happy to help! They received a full and thorough wedding showround from all of the available function suites, bridal suites and magnificent landscaped gardens! They were seated in the contemporary Conservatory Lounge and offered a complementary tea or coffee and they sat and went through their wedding enquiry.
From start to finish, their enquiry was dealt with in a professional manner and every effort was made to ensure they were given as much information as possible, their questions answered and that they left with a definite venue in mind.
Miss Smith and her fiancé came in on this day 6 months ago, they have now experienced the day of their dreams and we were glad to be part of their special day.
