Exciting Events at Sir Christopher Wren!
Hello everyone!
I’m Lauren, the Senior Meetings and Events Coordinator at Sir Christopher Wren. I have been at the hotel since September 2011 and what a lovely place it is to work. It looks simply beautiful, especially after all the refurbishing we’ve done the last year.
Last month we organised our Spring Wedding Fair, which was a great success! Brides from all over Windsor came to see our facilities and meet some of our local suppliers who were exhibiting. The Princess Suite proved to be very popular among our brides, it can accommodate up to 100 guests, as well as our beautiful Pavilion room, which can seat up to 40 guests. Both these rooms have direct access to our terrace, with stunning views of the River Thames.
Since the beginning of 2012, we’ve also successfully hosted an array of events, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Easter Sunday lunches! The whole team is looking forward to the up and coming events, such as the Royal Windsor Horse Show, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the Olympics, which will bring thousands of people to Windsor. You should come to our town too, walk around the area, have coffee on our terrace or even spend the weekend!
