A Note To Our Valued Guests

Around the world, we’re facing a new and difficult challenge. Our thoughts are with all those that are affected and who may become affected by this unprecedented global event. It will take all of us to work together to support healthcare workers, and our local and global communities to get through these trying times.

Here at Sarova Hotels, the safety of our staff and guests is our highest priority. Following the announcement by UK Prime Minister Johnson on Monday 23rd March 2020, we have been forced to close all four Sarova Hotels in the UK, and are no longer accepting new reservations from Tuesday 24th March, through to Tuesday 30th June inclusive.  We are truly sorry and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Although this has been a sad decision to make, we must follow Government instructions, and do everything we can to protect both our valued guests and dedicated team members. At this time, we are planning on re-opening all our hotels on 1st July. This webpage will be kept up to date with any new information as and when we have it.

Sarova Hotels will continue to strictly follow the advice of our local authorities in addition to the World Health Organisation with regards to the latest developments related to COVID-19.

Our Flexible Bookings Policy

As we’re facing exceptional circumstances, Sarova Hotels is providing guests additional flexibility and support for all bookings made before 9th March 2020 and due to arrive between 9th March to the 30th June 2020. Guests with individual reservations may change their arrival date within 12 months of their original arrival date, including non-refundable and non-changeable reservations. If the total price for your new dates is higher, then you may need to pay the difference, but no admin fee. If the total price for the new dates is lower, you will not receive a refund but the difference can be used as credit for other services during your stay.

If you have a group, or an event booking, please maintain contact with the hotel through the email address you have been using so far, someone will be in touch with you in due course.

Please try to avoid contacting the hotels directly wherever possible. As the hotels are closed, there is reduced staff in each hotel for security and property management purposes only. We have a very small number of team members working from home, if you have a booking affected by this closure, someone will be in touch with you in due course.

For new bookings, Sarova Hotels has introduced a discounted semi-flexible rate that allows our guests to make unlimited date changes without charge within 12 months of the original arrival date.
