A Note To Our Valued Guests

Around the world, we’ve been facing a lot of new and difficult challenges. Our thoughts are with all those that have been affected by this unprecedented global event. It will take all of us to work together to support healthcare workers, and our local and global communities to get through these trying times.

An Update On Our Hotels

Following the announcement by UK Prime Minister Johnson on Saturday 31st October 2020 of a national lockdown coming into place on Thursday 5th November, all Sarova Hotels will remain open. Our hotels will be open to accommodate those that are travelling for work purposes and other exemptions. For full details on the new national restrictions please check the Government Guidance here.

If you have a booking with us between 5th November and 2nd December 2020 and you are unable to travel due to the new national restrictions, you must amend your arrival dates or cancel your booking as soon as possible. If you do not update your reservation, we will assume you are still intending to stay at the hotel, and failure to arrive will incur the applicable non-arrival charges. Please note that non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled, however any prepaid deposits will be held as credit to be used within 12 months.

In line with these guidelines, we will be serving our full menu through room service only for guests staying in the hotel.
