Upgraded cleaning and sanitising protocols
Every guest bedroom and all public areas are cleaned and disinfected with new electrostatic cleaning products by TECcare’s world class anti-microbial technologies conducted by ElectroClean providing certification of the highest standards. As you walk around the hotel, you may see cleaning staff hard at work sanitising surfaces and touch points to keep you safe.
Guest bedrooms undergo an even greater and more rigorous cleaning and disinfection routine. You’ll even find the cleaning certification in your room.
As much as we’d like to hug every one of our guests, it’s important we follow the government’s advice on social distancing. We’ve redesigned all our public areas, displayed clear instructions, and trained staff to guide our guests to ensure safe distance at all times. You might be asked to book in a time for your breakfast, but you will enjoy your meal in a safe environment.
Guests are encouraged to take the stairs whenever possible. We’ll limit to the guests of one room at a time in our lifts for your safety.
StaySafe at Sarova Packs
When you check-in you’ll be given a complimentary StaySafe at Sarova pack containing your sanitised key cards, anti-bacterial wipes, and more. To reduce touch points, guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries and amenities. But don’t worry, if you need some, we have sanitised packs of Gilchrist and Soames amenities available upon request.
Personal Protection Equipment
Our staff love to smile, but there may be times that you won’t be able to see them! In some areas, for the safety of our staff and guests, team members are wearing masks and gloves. You’ll find hand sanitiser stations all around the hotel; hand hygiene is of the utmost importance. Glass screens have also been installed for your safety.
Our staff also undergo regular temperature checks to ensure they’re fit and well when serving our guests.
Upgraded Safety Signage and Information
Keep a lookout for the enhanced safety signage around the hotel. You’ll find tips and useful advice on how to keep safe during your stay, and ward of any nasty bugs.
Redesigned Food and Beverage
Walk-in dining may not always be offered to ensure we can serve our guests safely. Please make sure you book your table in advance, and we’ll save a space for you. We have a great room service menu, full of our favourites, that you can eat safely in your room. If you’d like, you can choose to have breakfast there too, often a popular option for couples and individual travellers.
Flexible Reservation Options
To give you maximum flexibility and peace of mind when making your bookings at our hotels, we’ve introduced new rates with a variety of cancellation options to suit your travel needs. Our fully flexible rate can be cancelled until 12 noon the day before arrival for free. Or for a discount, you can book our semi flexible rate and make changes to your arrival date without charge.
