Guests of our hotels have always enjoyed the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene; we’ve now taken yet another step to boost our promise, and ensure you StaySafe at Sarova. With a number of new and enhanced initiatives, you can book your stay with the comfort of knowing you’re in the right hands. Take a look at some of our initiatives:

Upgraded cleaning and sanitising protocols

Every guest bedroom and all public areas are cleaned and disinfected with anti-microbial cleaning materials. As you walk around the hotel, you may see cleaning staff hard at work sanitising surfaces and touch points to keep you safe.

Guest bedrooms undergo an even greater and more rigorous cleaning and disinfection routine. For your safety, no one will enter your room during your stay. If you want your room serviced daily, please let our teams know when you check in.

Social distancing

As much as we’d like to hug every one of our guests, it’s important we encourage social distancing. We’ve redesigned all our public areas, displayed clear instructions, and trained staff to encourage our guests to ensure safe distance at all times. You might be asked to book in a time for your breakfast, but you will enjoy your meal in a safe environment.

Guests are encouraged to take the stairs whenever possible.

New Digital Solutions

At Sarova Hotels, we’ve introduced digital solutions to minimise contact and make your stay more seamless. To reduce the time you spend at our reception desks, you may now opt to check in and check out online. Look out for emails before and during your stay for instructions.

Personal Protection Equipment

Our staff love to smile, but there may be times that you won’t be able to see them! Some staff chose to wear face coverings, and we offer the same option to our guests while in public areas. You’ll find hand sanitiser stations all around the hotel; hand hygiene is of the utmost importance. Glass screens have also been installed for your safety.

Our staff also undergo regular lateral flow tests to ensure they’re fit and well when serving our guests.

COVID Testing And Travel Restrictions

England have now removed all travel restrictions and testing requirements for all passengers. When arriving in England you do not need to complete a passenger locator form or take a COVID test.

Redesigned Food and Beverage

Our restaurants have a plentiful all-day dining menu. Walk-in dining may not always be offered to ensure we can serve our guests safely. Please make sure you book your table in advance, and we’ll save a space for you. Guests at the hotel will be asked to reserve a time for breakfast.

Flexible Reservation Options

To give you maximum flexibility and peace of mind when making your bookings at our hotels, we’ve introduced new rates with a variety of cancellation options to suit your travel needs. Our fully flexible rate can be cancelled until 12 noon the day before arrival for free. Or for a discount, you can prepay our flexible rate and make changes to your arrival date without charge.
